An Admittance Control Scheme for Haptic Interfaces Based on Cable-Driven Parallel Mechanisms



Abstract

Presentation of a cable-driven parallel mechanism as a haptic interface and its underlying control methods. A brief review of the kinematics of cable-driven parallel mechanisms is presented as well as a calibration technique.
